Golden Temple with Pul Kanjri - Wagah Border- Sadda Pind
After Break Fast proceed to Ramtirth, This is the place where Saint Valmeek wrote the Ramayan First time, Ramayan I an hindu epic which about the story of Lord Rama, and at the same place Sita wife of Lord Rama stayed here and brought-up her two sons , in these days a beautiful temple has been built from here we move to Village preet nagar which happened to be a first village in India which was self sustained and self reliant and self dependent.
Then we we move to Pul kanjri it is a place where Maharaja Ranjit singh used to stay and Dancer Moran danced for the courtier of Ranjit singh, there is pool of Mughal time and a small temple with beautiful frescos can be seen, This area is very close to border fence along the border is visible from here
Then we move to Village Attari on the way we stop for lunch at the Dhaba after that we see Tombs of Sardar Sham Singh Attari wala who was great soldier and general who fought aginst the british in frist Anglo Sikh war at the place of Sabrao, he was cremated here, tombs have great a heritage value, after visiting it we move Sarai Ammanat Khan who one the calligraphist in the court of Shah Jahan, he got built this sarai, when he used to commute from Lahore to Delhi he halted here for a cup of tea with a local family, then we move back to city and on the way we visit to war hero’s memorial , it is about the soldiers who were died in 1st and 2nd world war and in indo pak wars
